Where do you ship?
We ship only within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, to U.S. territories, APO or FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Is standard shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free for eligible orders shipped within our U.S. delivery area.
When will my order arrive?
Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process. After shipment, standard delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days.
What is the order cutoff time?
The daily cutoff is 5:00 PM Central Time on business days. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays generally begin processing the next business day.
What is your return window?
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Who pays for return or exchange shipping?
Morrow & Make provides a prepaid return label for approved eligible returns and exchanges within the United States.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post it.
Can I return an opened DIY kit?
DIY kits must normally be unused, unopened, complete, and in their original packaging. If your kit arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us.
Do you have a public showroom?
No. Morrow & Make is an online-only business and does not operate a public showroom or walk-in retail location.
